Chemicals are central to our society, economy, and modern lifestyle. However, many people who deal with chemicals are unaware of the various laws that regulate access to, use, handling, and disposal of chemicals, and which government agencies have jurisdiction over them. Whether you are in industry, government or the academe, these chemical regulations affect you. 

This ICP seminar shall discuss the different laws and regulations related to chemicals. The ICP is inviting regulatory experts and government agency representatives to provide an overview of the laws and regulations that you need to know. Industry practitioners will also provide examples of best practices in regulatory compliance. The list of topics is as follows:
